School Nurses provide advice and support to parent, children, young people and schools in response to any health concerns. This support can be given via telephone, within a school setting or home visits. If you have a concern about your child’s health that you would like to discuss with a school nurse please contact the team by telephone on 01642 444011 or complete a referral form  below.
